Have you ever wondered what to do with some of the veggies in your CSA share?  We will brainstorm together what to do with each item and also prepare 1-2 different recipes each class using some of your CSA items, plus some additional ingredients we will have on hand.

 If you don't have a Jericho Settlers Farm CSA share, you can still join the class for $5 more to cover the cost of CSA veggies we will be using.
